Recycle your Brita Filter
- by Brandon Fuller on Monday, February 9, 2009
Choosing filtered tap water is much better than buying bottled water, but what do you do with that Brita filter once it’s expired? The Brita company began a recycling program in January of this year. Simply visit the Brita recycling website to find out if there is a drop-off location near you. If not, you can mail-in your filter. Unfortunately, the DC area doesn’t have a drop-off point, hopefully soon!
