Look carefully...you'll see the ospreys have plastic bags in their nest.

You should be using reusable cloth bags for your groceries, but if you have some plastic ones laying around the house and you want to recycle them, bundle them up and take them to a Safeway, Giant, Harris Teeter, and Whole Foods.
