Plant a Tree in DC by May 31 and Get $50

The District and Casey Trees are running a program until the end of the month whereby you plant a tree on your property and you’ll get a $50 rebate.  It’s a great opportunity for homeowners to beautify their property and get money back.

The rules are simple:

• You plant a tree
• You promise to care for it
• You fill out a form, and mail it to Casey Trees
• Casey Trees sends you a check for the cost of the tree, up to $50.

It’s a great, simple program.
