Representative Henry Waxman (D – Ca.), sponsor of the recently passed American Clean Energy and Security Act, will be talking next Wednesday about what it means to be a watchdog for citizens and consumers, and how he’s managed to pass legislation dedicated to protecting the environment and our future.
