Who could argue, that bedroom is the most important room in your home. It’s a place where you sleep after an exhausting day, it’s your sanctuary, and it’s the place to rest, read or be intimate with your loved one. These tips will help to make your bedroom into a healthy, most calming and relaxing place.
- When buying your furniture, pay close attention to what kind of materials it is made from. Make sure it doesn’t leak any toxins into the air that could have long term effects on your health, not to mention allergies, breathing problems, asthma attacks, etc. Choose natural and organic if possible.
- Your mattress and linen should also be made of environmentally friendly materials. By using an organic mattress and natural linens for your bedding you and your bedtime buddy will sleep easier, breathe easier and suffer from less allergic reactions.
- Make sure your room is always well ventilated and bring in a few house plants as a natural way to clean your air.
I hope that these easy tips will help you change your bedroom into a comfortable and romantic oasis for you and your other half.
